Where can I download the source code?

After multiple edit-save, JPatch can't open the file anymore.
I'm interested to see what cause the exception.

Hmm - that shouldn't happen. Have you tried to open the xml file with a text editor and check if there's something wrong in the "default material" section?

Most likely the problem happens when saving the model, not when loading it :?

If you can't fix it, send me the xml file, I'll see what I can do.
Recent versions of JPatch also make backups of models they overwrite, look for a file with the same name but suffixed with a "~" and try loading it.

About the source: It's currently only available via svn (subversion). The current trunk version contains my SDS experiments and will (most likely) be of little use for you.
You can check out the latest development release, it's tagged with "jpatch_0_5_2" (/tags/jpatch_0_5_2).

Here's some information about accessing the repository on sourceforge: http://sourceforge.net/svn/?group_id=73389

I don't know why, I simply get lots of "NumberFormatException".

It could be my JRE, the latest version I have is C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_09
Code: Select all
at jpatch.control.importer.JPatchImport.createCp(JPatchImport.java:721)

Object put = mapBones.put(controlPoint, new Integer(value));

the value is "New bone #9", the new Integer simply can not parse it.

btw, I'm so excited about the bone, u the man, sascha!!

Can you send me the (model) file you're trying to load?

File upload is currently disabled.

But you can email it to sascha at jpatch dot com.

Ok, I've got the file. I can reproduce the problem, but I don't know what's wrong. I'll have to look into this.

I think I know what cause the problem.
It is the 'undo' on hooks
manually delete the hooks in the xml can rescue the file.
