I see this programing coming out with alot of good animation feature, but what about the modeling aspect.

Sorry for bad English. But what I was trying to say was what are some implements for modeling objects, like loft, sweep function or etc.

The patch modeler (the most stable version is 0.4) has extrude and lathe tools. For what it's worth, the modeling features are much more mature than the animation features.
I'm currently moving from patches to subdivision surfaces, so the modeling tools will change a lot. But eventually I'll add things like rail or bi-rail extrude.
